Terms of use

These terms apply when you use AI Career Agent (the “service”), operated by Kainat Anwar Shaikh (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What we provide

We match your resume to job listings and, when you spend credits, create a Prep Kit for a job: a tailored resume, interview questions, an ATS score and a skill-gap report. Job listings come from third-party job boards. We do not employ you, guarantee interviews or guarantee a job.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are sold in packs through Razorpay. Prices are shown before you pay. Credits are a prepaid way to use the service; they are not money, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as described in our refund policy. Credits do not expire.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your resume and any content you upload. You allow us to process it only to provide the service to you. You must only upload information that is true and that you have the right to share.

5. AI-generated content

Prep Kits are written with the help of AI and use only facts from your own resume. Please read every kit before you use it. You are responsible for what you send to employers.

6. Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to break security, no reselling of kits, and no unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes we will show a notice in the app.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
