Refund & cancellation policy

AI Career Agent (operated by Kainat Anwar Shaikh) sells digital credits. You use credits to create Prep Kits (a tailored resume, interview questions, an ATS score and a skill-gap report) for jobs you choose. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

1. Failed kits are refunded automatically

If a Prep Kit cannot be prepared for any reason, the credits you spent on it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. You can use those credits again at any time.

2. Unused credits: refund within 7 days

You can ask for a refund of unused credits within 7 days of the purchase. Email aicareer.agent.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account and include your order ID. We refund the unused credits in proportion to the price you paid for the pack.

3. What cannot be refunded

• Credits already used on a Prep Kit that was delivered successfully.
• Unused credits after 7 days from purchase.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start the refund within 3 working days of approving it. Your bank may take 5–7 working days more to show it.

5. Cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Each pack is a one-time payment. Credits never expire.

6. Payment problems

If money was taken but credits did not appear within 15 minutes, contact us with your order ID. If a payment was taken twice, we refund the extra payment in full.
