What are credits?
Credits are how you pay for Interview Prep Kits and extra practice sessions. One pack costs ₹99 (or $1 outside India) and gives you 10 credits.
Why does a kit cost 2 credits for some jobs and 3 for others?
A kit for a job in your own country costs 2 credits. A kit for a job in another country costs 3, because we tailor it for that country's hiring style. The button on each job shows the exact cost before you click.
Do credits expire?
No. Your credits never expire. Use them whenever you like.
What is in an Interview Prep Kit?
A resume rewritten for that job, 10 STAR interview questions with model answers, an ATS keyword score, a live practice interview session with a coaching report, and a skill plan with training links.
How do I apply for a job?
Every job card on the Jobs page has an “Apply now” button that opens the employer's own application page. For a better chance, unlock the Interview Prep Kit for that job: download your tailored resume as a PDF and rehearse with the live practice interview before walking in.
What is the ATS score?
Many companies use software (an Applicant Tracking System) to scan resumes for keywords. The score shows how well your tailored resume matches the job's keywords, from 0 to 100. Higher is better.
Will the AI add fake experience to my resume?
No. The AI only uses facts from your own resume. It never invents employers, dates, degrees or skills.
What happens if a kit fails?
If a kit cannot be prepared, your credits are returned to your balance automatically. You can try again at any time.
How long does a kit take?
Usually a minute or two. The job card shows “Preparing…” and updates by itself when your kit is ready.
I paid but did not get my credits. What should I do?
Most payments show up within a minute. If not, refresh the page. If credits are still missing after 15 minutes, contact us with your order ID and we will fix it.
Which payment methods can I use?
We use Razorpay, which accepts UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Email us with your order ID. Credits used on a kit that failed are always returned automatically.
Is my resume private?
Yes. Your resume is only used to find jobs for you and build your kits. We do not sell or share it. Only you can see your kits.
Who can see my Interview Prep Kits?
Only you, when you are signed in. Kits are linked to your account.
How do I delete my account?
Email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete your resume, kits and profile within 7 days.
How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page or the chat bubble, or email aicareer.agent.support@gmail.com. We reply by email within 24 hours.
